Prior to the 6:00pm showing of El Bulli, Master Chef Arnd Sievers and Executive Chef Shawn Calley, both of Amuse Restaurant at The Essex Resort and Spa, will speak about the culinary influence and innovation of El Bulli.
EXCLUSIVE EVENT: Amuse Restaurant will be presenting an exclusive pre-show reception and post-show dinner limited to 25 guests. The catered reception will be hosted at Club Take Two at 5:15 p.m., and the custom-designed, five-course dinner will take place at Amuse immediately following the film. Price: $80 per person.
