VTIFF has new Executive Director
Hi Everyone: Deb Ellis, President of the Board, asked me to post this on her behalf:
“There’s no time like the New Year to share the news that VTIFF has hired an Executive Director.
Orly came to Vermont from London, England 7 years ago. She has been a member of the VTIFF Board of Directors for two years and brings experience and energy to the position. Orly owns an international historical footage company, Footage Farm Ltd. She has produced documentary and animated films for 25 years, was on the program committee of the UK Jewish Film Festival, has served on juries for international film festivals, and has taught a range of film-related subjects in film schools in England and at Burlington College. Please join us in welcoming former board member Orly Yadin as VTIFF’s new Executive Director!”

And I’d like to add that I’m really thrilled to be doing this and, with everyone’s help, am looking forward to making VITFF 2012 even better! If you have ideas about the festival you’d like to share with me, jot me an email.
